“We applaud Judge Sumi for upholding the laws of Wisconsin and rejecting Gov. Scott Walker and the Republican legislative majority’s unlawful passage of a bill slashing the rights of 175,000 working Wisconsinites. Gov. Walker and the Republicans may think they are above the law like Boss Hogg and Rosco P. Coltrane, but Judge Sumi’s decision affirms this is Wisconsin, not Hazzard County.”
